Consultation fees do not include any further tests, investigations or procedures (including X-rays) that may be required.

Appointments

We plan our consultation schedules as efficiently as possible to ensure that you see Mr Kalavrezos promptly at the appointed time. On occasion however, an emergency may cause a delay at very short notice and we ask for your understanding if such an event causes you delay.

If you are unable to re-schedule your consultation, then please inform the receptionist.

Self Funding Patients

If you are new patient paying directly for your own treatment then we ask that the consultation fee is settled prior to the consultation.

Embassies, Companies & State Departments

If you are being sponsored by an international embassy, company or governmental department, please provide us with a letter of guarantee before your appointment to authorise your treatment.  If you wish, we can liaise on your behalf with your sponsor to ensure that we obtain the detail required.

* "Fee assured" means a medical consultant agrees to their fees for a service being within the insured limits set by your insurance company, so you won't have to pay any difference or "gap" in payment for those services. This protects you from unexpected costs and ensures the bill is settled between the consultant and the insurer, though you are still responsible for any excess or out-of-pocket costs stated in your policy.

Important Points Regarding Insurance

  • Most insurers require a referral from your doctor or dentist.
  • If you cannot see your insurance company listed above then please contact us.
  • Check with your insurers before undertaking any further treatment or consultation. Policies vary considerably in what they cover. For example, not all policies cover initial consultations.
  • If Mr Kalavrezos recommends treatment or further tests, your insurer will need to be kept informed and the insurance details must be given to whoever provides further procedures such as x-rays or scans.
  • If you would like us to invoice your health insurers directly, then help us ensure this runs smoothly by providing us with your insurance company details and your policy number before your consultation.
  • If you wish we will invoice your insurers and liaise with them on your behalf. However we will send invoices to you directly should payment from your insurer be delayed or the claim not processed in good time.
